The buying process:
Select product, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to complete the order prior to despatch.

Credit Card payment:
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship; backorder items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake with your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling:
Various courier companies are used to despatch goods to you.

Delivery Policy:
We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days, depending on stock levels. International orders are generally received within 7 days dependant upon location.

Carriage is free on all orders over £100 to UK mainland only and excluding some scottish postcodes - Please check with our company.

We do not normally make split shipments unless requested.

You must inform us within 48 hours if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the transport company and rectify the problem.
Your order number must be stated in all correspondence with our company.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Refunds Policy

Where we are supplying individuals the customer has a right to cancel within seven days of their contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned.

If you need to return an item for refund, it's our aim to make the process as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product has been ordered incorrectly, or is faulty.

Under Distance Selling Regulations you can return unwanted goods for a full refund providing that:
" The goods must be returned un-used and in the original packaging
" Returns will not be accepted if the goods or packaging is damaged.
" Pumps must not have been filled with or immersed in liquid of any type.
" The refund will only be for the goods and not the delivery charges.
" Any return is made at the buyers risk and expense.
" Distance Selling Regulations only apply to Non Businesses
" A re-stocking charge may be applied at Polypump Limited discretion.

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.  Normally you will be emailed with a delivery time if the item is not in stock

Applicable taxes:
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
All other orders are exclusive of VAT.

Credit Card Security:
When the order is placed on our secure website, credit card numbers are encrypted using industry standard SSL encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee:
All of our new products come with a manufactures guarantee, in the event that goods have faied within the manufacturers warranty period, these can be returned at the buyers cost and with appropitae warranty paperwork duly completed - contact our office for return forms.

Cancellation Policy:
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund including the cost of delivery less any applicable manufacturers restocking fees (variable depenadent on manufacturers policy) . Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the shipped goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - i.e. if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods and packaging returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
